The official history of Laser (Tim Bremen) Xenoni is obscured due to recent tampering of data, but what we, as in Vector Corp., know of the current leader and president is this.
He was brought in at the age of 6 and forced into combat against war machines designed for war. Every victory he managed, he would study the machines instead of resting. It was as if he understood that, but taking the machines apart and learning how they work, he could adjust how he had to fight them...
...and he did.
By the age of 7, not only did he retain enough knowledge and bits of the stronger machines of types of armor for himself, but he also escaped Vector's Head Quarters.
He attacked Vector Corp., at the age of 16, to free 'Project: Chronos'. Though he succeeded, he was under the Super-Hero guise: Glacier.
Another event, and the event that got him the title of "Bat-Oni", was Vector's attempt at apprehending him at the Recerrechi house when he was 17. Not only did he know the battle tactics that were being used, but was able to beat the forces back and even managed a 'Bat-Gambit' against the leader, forcing a retreat. From that day, he has been nicknamed by Vector Staff as: The "Bat-Ogre" or more commonly, "Bat-Oni" in relation to the man that dressed up as a Bat and seemed always prepared.

Title: The Heretic of Hell

Xenoni 04. An interesting case of rebellion against authority. In literature and media, he'd be considered more like perhaps, Dante (Devil May Cry). He doesn't care about his actual birthright and often chooses to stand against the forces of Hell as direct opposition. His older brother Sabre was promised to Hell as a warrior by his father Sorbo. But it seems, even as a demon, the Heretic refuses to accept his designed destiny... to bring about the destruction of this world.
This also fascinates me. The Heretic knows he will be the ruination of the planet and even helps promote the purge of humanity, but he does it in such a way that it would take a collective to steer out from the spiral, while he claims they are TOO stupid to realize the hints of freedom he gives.
Sabre appears to find this annoying but if the two brothers would get along, they'd possibly be the greatest force as the 'Brothers of Destruction'. But it would seem The Heretic prefers to fight Sabre instead of taking up his destiny. Such a waste of potential...

Do NOT engage with the 'Fiend of 9 Worlds'. This title is a horrible misrepresentation from higher command. What they call world is what others would call Dimension. It is advisable to correct such a thing.

The Fiend of 9 "Worlds" is more cunning than his older brother, "The Destroyer." By his use of numbers, he already has seen several outcomes and will often state a number after a line is stated to him in a hostile way. He is considered several if not many--

This can easily be noted by how he baits folks in battle.'Let your hatred flow through me' : Using the anger of an enemy to fuel his own attacks, draining them while empowering himself in the process.
